A new and modern apartment with all-round views. A very roomy terrace with plenty of space as well as a balcony offering wonderful views of the crystal-clear Lake Zell and the Hohe Tauern with the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Free parking is available directly at the apartment building. You are welcome to keep your valuables locked up and secure in the safe. A local bakery just around the corner can provide you with delicious bread rolls for breakfast (for an additional charge) or you can have pastries or even a whole breakfast delivered to your doorstep by the Katschner bakery (for an additional charge).

In summer you can park your bicycle at a bike rack and in winter, the ski room with ski boot heating is of great benefit, in that you can dry your ski clothes quickly – ready for your next session on the slopes.

Zell am See with its picturesque old town attracts visitors from all over the world in summer as well as in winter! The landmark of the old town is Schloss Rosenberg (Rosenberg Castle), which today houses the town hall. The Schmittenhöhe is Zell am See’s “local mountain”. From the mountain, you get a breathtaking vista of more than 30 mountains with an altitude of 3,000 metres as well as the valley and the fabulous Lake Zell.
Leisure activities:
The town is worth visiting at any time of the year. On summer days, the lakeside lidos look forward to welcoming you and have numerous water sports on offer. Excursion boats offer you the chance to take in a special panorama from the water. Not forgetting those rainy days, when the indoor swimming pool in Zell am See is always very attractive! You couldn't be more central: in the beautiful and cosy apartment (approx. 40 m²) with 1 bedroom you really live in the city. Our studio is located in a residential building directly in Zell am See, only 200 m from the centre / train station / bus stop. Excellent restaurants, bars, cafés, pizzerias, shops etc. are right downstairs. The nearest lift is only 250 m away (Ebenberglift and CityXpress). You can reach Zeller See in just a few minutes on foot.
Leisure activities:
Zell am See is the world-famous jewel of the Alps in the Austrian Hohe Tauern National Park (the largest protected area in the Alps). The wonderful alpine landscape is characterised by a high entertainment value. Countless sports can be practised here and many sights are just waiting to be discovered by you! And all this surrounded by unspoilt nature, fresh air and clear water!
Particularly beautiful glittering in the sun are the turquoise-blue Kaprun high mountain reservoirs. And in bad weather we recommend the ice rink or the indoor swimming pool in Zell am See or if you want even more water fun, head to Tauern Spa Therme Kaprun.

Our rustic and cosy apartment is absolutely perfectly located to reach the highlights of the area quickly during your holiday. In a short time you can reach ski areas and world-famous attractions such as the Krimml Waterfalls, Europe's highest waterfalls, or the exciting Sigmund Thun Klamm gorge in Kaprun. At the same time, Waterfront Apartment 1 is an oasis of peace to recover from sporting activities and sightseeing. Relaxation, beautiful nature and the sights of the region stand for an absolute dream holiday!

Leisure activities:
In winter, you can head straight up behind the town centre to the excellent slopes of Schmittenhöhe, Zell am See's local mountain. In summer, the extensive hiking trails and cycling routes that start in the middle of the town will take you up into the mountains. On guided hikes and themed trails, you will learn a lot about the region and the local flora and fauna! Right on the lake, you will not only find a spectacular mountain view, but also numerous opportunities for water sports from diving to sailing. If you prefer something more relaxed, you can also take an excursion boat across the lake and enjoy the panorama. The centre of Zell am See welcomes you in summer and winter with top-class restaurants and many colourful shops, boutiques and stores for a shopping spree.
