An affordable holiday in the middle of all the town’s activity

You will not get a more central spot than this! In this beautiful and cosy apartment (approx. 40 m²) with one bedroom, you’ll be right in the heart of all the action happening in the town. Owing to its great location on a side street in the town centre, the hustle and bustle of the town won’t be disturbing you. Hungry? Then you don’t have far to go. There is a lovely pizzeria in the same building, which invites you to dine out or grab a takeaway. Would you prefer to cook yourself? You can relax and cook away to your heart’s content in the recently renovated small kitchenette.

An underground car parking garage (for which there is an additional charge) is located directly near the apartment. For an additional charge, you are welcome to avail of the bread roll or breakfast service from a local bakery.

Location:
Our studio apartment is located in a residential building directly in Zell am See and is only 200 m from the town centre, train station and bus stop. Just down the stairs you will find excellent restaurants, bars, cafés, pizzerias and shops. The nearest ski lifts are only 250 m away (Ebenberg and CityXpress lifts). You can reach Lake Zell within just a few minutes on foot.

Leisure activities:
Zell am See is the world-famous jewel in the crown of the Austrian Alps, in Austria’s Hohe Tauern National Park (the largest protected area in the Alps). The wonderful alpine landscape is characterised not just by its beautiful mountain scenery but also with a high level of leisure and entertainment possibilities. You can get active with a myriad of sporting opportunities here and many unique and stunning sights are just waiting to be discovered! All this surrounded by unspoilt nature, fresh mountain air and clear lake water – what’s not to like!

By the way, the turquoise-blue high mountain reservoirs around Kaprun glisten particularly beautifully in the sun – certainly worth the view – especially for any budding photographers. No need to worry if the weather is inclement. We recommend the ice rink or the indoor swimming pool in Zell am See. Your retreat directly on the lake

The spacious apartment in Alpine style with breathtaking views from the private balcony is located directly on Lake Zell and is ideal for families! In the generous bedroom, you can enjoy views of the glittering lake, thanks to the large window front in every season. Another sleeping option is provided by the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. In the communal room in the basement, you can sit in front of the cosy fireplace or play table tennis or table football. Especially for children, this is a welcome change on rainy evenings.

In winter, a family-friendly ski area awaits you right on your doorstep. Dry your ski clothing in the evening simply in the ski room with ski boot heating and on the heated drying racks. In summer, we provide sun loungers and garden furniture in the garden.
