The idyllic apartment from Steinbock Lodges is located directly on the shore of Lake Zell and features its own garden and direct access to the lake. Leisure activities:
In winter, you can head straight up behind the town centre to the excellent slopes of Schmittenhöhe, Zell am See's local mountain. In summer, the extensive hiking trails and cycling routes that start in the middle of the town will take you up into the mountains. On guided hikes and themed trails, you will learn a lot about the region and the local flora and fauna! Right on the lake, you will not only find a spectacular mountain view, but also numerous opportunities for water sports from diving to sailing. If you prefer something more relaxed, you can also take an excursion boat across the lake and enjoy the panorama. The centre of Zell am See welcomes you in summer and winter with top-class restaurants and many colourful shops, boutiques and stores for a shopping spree.

Our studio is located in a residential building directly in Zell am See, only 200 m from the centre / train station / bus stop. Excellent restaurants, bars, cafés, pizzerias, shops etc. are right downstairs. The nearest lift is only 250 m away (Ebenberglift and CityXpress). You can reach Zeller See in just a few minutes on foot.
Leisure activities:
Zell am See is the world-famous jewel of the Alps in the Austrian Hohe Tauern National Park (the largest protected area in the Alps). The wonderful alpine landscape is characterised by a high entertainment value. Countless sports can be practised here and many sights are just waiting to be discovered by you! And all this surrounded by unspoilt nature, fresh air and clear water!
Particularly beautiful glittering in the sun are the turquoise-blue Kaprun high mountain reservoirs. And in bad weather we recommend the ice rink or the indoor swimming pool in Zell am See or if you want even more water fun, head to Tauern Spa Therme Kaprun.

The Panorama Apartment 2A offered by Steinbock Lodges is a new and modern apartment with panoramic views. A beautiful terrace with plenty of space as well as a balcony offering wonderful views of Lake Zell and the Hohe Tauern with the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.
In the living area of the apartment, which is bright and flooded with natural light, you can relax and unwind in a terrific atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal to really get you cooking together and enjoy your meal to the full in this wonderful apartment.
The bedroom is furnished with an extremely comfortable box-spring double bed and you’ll have plenty of room for hanging your clothes in the spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom (separate toilet) has a modern walk-in shower. A hairdryer is also available for your use. You are welcome to keep your valuables locked up and secure in a safe.

Das Haus besteht aus vier Einheiten und besticht durch seine einmalige Lage direkt am Wasser. Besonders charmant ist der großzügige Gemeinschaftsraum im Erdgeschoss: Ein gemütlicher Kamin lädt zu entspannten Abenden ein, während zahlreiche Spiele, darunter Tischtennis, Mini-Billard, ein Kicker und weitere Gesellschaftsspiele, für Unterhaltung sorgen. Speziell für Skifahrer gibt es einen separaten Raum mit Waschmaschine sowie die Möglichkeit, die Skiausrüstung und Kleidung zu trocknen – eine perfekte Lösung nach einem aktiven Tag auf der Piste.
Von der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss führen nur drei kleine Stufen direkt ans Wasser – der Einstieg in den See ist flach und damit perfekt für ein erfrischendes Bad. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, idyllisch und einfach malerisch. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, im Appartement 1 im ersten Obergeschoss zu wohnen. Diese charmante Einheit besteht aus einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem Balkon mit direkter Treppe zum Garten und zum Wasser – ein echtes Highlight, das uns ein Gefühl von Freiheit und Naturverbundenheit schenkte. Doch das Beste war zweifellos die Aussicht! Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem atemberaubenden Panorama geweckt: Die majestätischen Alpen mit ihren Skipisten, die sich im sanften Licht der aufgehenden Sonne präsentierten – es war einfach magisch. Leider wurde in den letzten Jahren immer nur das nötigste in das Haus und die Ausstattung investiert.

Leider wurde in den letzten Jahren immer nur das nötigste in das Haus und die Ausstattung investiert.
Für uns ist unverständlich, dass man z.B. nicht einmal Geld in einheitliches Geschirr und ausreichend Besteck investiert. Die Möbel sind in den letzten 10 Jahren ebenfalls kaum erneuert worden. |
