In the third bedroom you will find 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 people (high-quality and solid, so also suitable for adults), a large wardrobe and a TV. Rooms 2 and 3 share the larger bathroom with modern walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

The terrace with furniture is partially covered. Here you spend relaxed afternoons and recharge your batteries at the foot of the mountains.

This sunny penthouse is located on the 2nd floor and features a very spacious, luxuriously furnished cosy living room with open kitchen and access to a huge roof terrace (120 m²), from which you have a magnificent 360-degree view of the surrounding town and the beautiful mountain landscape. No fewer than 3 bedrooms are at your disposal, all with their own bathroom.
The accommodation is 5 minutes' drive from the Esplanade in Zell am See and the local mountain of Zell am See, the Schmittenhöhe, is approximately 10 minutes' drive away. An insider tip: The opposite Sporthotel Alpenblick tempts with extraordinary day-spa offers, yoga classes and wonderful cuisine.
