The accommodation is 5 minutes' drive from the Esplanade in Zell am See and the local mountain of Zell am See, the Schmittenhöhe, is approximately 10 minutes' drive away. An insider tip: The opposite Sporthotel Alpenblick tempts with extraordinary day-spa offers, yoga classes and wonderful cuisine.

In 3 bedrooms, up to 8 people can find a comfortable place to sleep. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, TV and bathroom with bathtub. From the bathroom you have access to the roof terrace with breathtaking views of the Steinernes Meer. The second bedroom is in turn equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and bathroom with shower. In the third bedroom we offer a bunk bed for 4 people with its own bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a lovely fireplace and from here you can access the terrace.
The large, modern kitchen also brings some luxury, where you can cook together with friends or the whole family. The apartment includes two free private parking spaces and in the ski room you can conveniently store and dry your ski equipment.

The penthouse was delicious. Very spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped. The children enjoyed a four-person bunk bed. Bakery is around the corner! Ski Run is well run, but you can also go by car (free parking). For if you go with small childrensee more
The penthouse was delicious. Very spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped. The children enjoyed a four-person bunk bed. Bakery is around the corner! Ski Run is well run, but you can also go by car (free parking). For if you go with small children, it is good to know that the lessons are for younger, inexperienced children in the village, but the lessons for older children upstairs. That sometimes creates some logistical challenges. Furthermore, the area is very child friendly (drakenpad, safe chairlifts). At restaurant Areit is a very nice playground. Kaprun is also a nice large playground with a toboggan run (which really is very high). Further skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn really a must!

Und als wäre das nicht genug, sind die Mitarbeitenden auch noch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir gucken schon in die Kalender, wann wir wiederkommen.

Großzügige Küche mit genügend Porzellan, Töpfen und Pfannen.
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, was bei einer Endreinigung von 400Euro aber auch zu erwarten ist.

On arrival our mouth falls open in surprise. What a beautiful penthouse with lots of space. We were 7 people including 2 couples and we really had lots of space. 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath, a beautiful large roof terrace and a beautifully decorated livsee more
