The modern Falcon Lodge is a cosy house with lots of natural light. It is situated in the famous town Kaprun with a lot of space inside and a magnificent view of the majestic mountains and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. This holiday home from home has space to accommodate up to eight people, making it ideal for the whole family or the perfect holiday with friends!
Just so there isn’t a scramble for the bathroom in the morning with ensuing logjam, the holiday home boasts two modern bathrooms – the smaller bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet, and the second and larger bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower as well as a double washbasin and toilet. In the kitchen, would-be chefs will be delighted with the excellent equipment which will allow them to create their signature dishes for all to share. Eating together at the large table with a view of the garden will be one of those wonderful experiences that will stay in your memory for a long time after.

The patio with its seating is covered. From the garden, you have a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. There are several parking spaces available and there is a children’s playground nearby. The ski bus stop is only 150 m away (not far, is it?). The ski bus will whisk you away to the Maiskogel resort and the ultra-modern 3-K K-onnection cable car in winter which links directly to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.

You can reach the Kitzsteinhorn in summer and winter with the Glacial Aerial Tramway Kaprun. The ski area is located at over 3,000 m above sea level and is the epitome of absolute fun and enjoyment on the slopes – it really doesn’t get any better than this on skis. If you have the urge to go tobogganing with the whole family, the “Maiskogel” family mountain with the “Maisi Flitzer” all-season alpine coaster is highly recommended!

Falcon lodge is lovely, the layout worked great for us, the heating was brilliant, the beds are comfy And a bonus was being able to put the cars away in the garage too. Nice location with a short walk down to the main shops/restaurants/bars.

Alles war wunderbar, wir sind bereits zum 3. Mal in der Lodge gewesen! Leider ist nächstes Jahr Ostern sehr spät, so dass wir eine Wiederholung evtl für 2026 planen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung, Doppelgarage mit direktem Zugang ins Haus. Mehrere nette Restaurants in max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, besonders gut gefiel uns Hilberger's Beisl. Sehr bequem ist der Brötchen-Lieferservice. Knapp 10 see more

Für den Urlaub mit Hund ist erwähnenswert, daß das Grundstück zwar weitgehend eingezäunt ist, das Tor zur Straße hin allerdings nicht vollständig schließt, kleinere Hunde können hindurchlaufen.

Große und gemütliche Wohnung. Wir ( 6 Erwachsene) waren von der Ausstattung der Küche total begeistert. Der direkte Zugang zum Garten war für unseren Hund ganz toll.

Eine tolle Ferienunterkunft, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Die Nähe zum Gletscher und die großzügig geschnittenen Räume und der Garten haben es uns sehr angetan. Wir haben direkt wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht. :-)see more

Trotz der mehr als tollen Ausstattung der Küche haben wir einen Staubsauger oder Besen vermisst um eine kleine Zwischenreinigung der Küche und Eßecke vorzunehmen.

Herzlichen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Der Staubsauger und weitere Utensilien stehen im Abstellraum unten. Allerdings hängt da an der Türe ein Schild mit "privat" welches wir nun gerne abnehmen werden. Manchmal sieht man den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht -see more
