The four large bedrooms on three floors, two bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the spacious living room and the private garden ensure that large groups or families can enjoy their holiday in the Alps in a very relaxed way.
Ground floor: here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a cosy living room. On this floor, you will also find a comfortable sofa and a large dining table for eight people. There is a bathroom with a washing machine, toilet and bathtub also located on the ground floor.
First floor: here you will discover two spacious bedrooms with box spring double beds. One bedroom has a balcony with stunning panoramic alpine mountain views and is equipped with a TV. There is another bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor also.
Second floor: two more spacious bedrooms with box spring double beds and storage space await you. In addition, one bedroom is connected to the panoramic balcony and also has a TV.

Directly in front of the building is a free private parking area for three cars. One parking space is covered. The lodge also has a small garden with an outdoor dining table. A washing machine is available free of charge for all your laundry needs. The lodge is located just a stone’s throw away from Lake Zell in a quiet yet central location. In the garden house there is a ski room, which can also be used as a storage room for bicycles.

Location:
This large house is located in Zell am See in the beautiful district of Schüttdorf and is surrounded by charming, detached houses. The bus stop is only 260 metres away and there are also several restaurants within walking distance (including a Chinese and an Italian restaurant – both of which are excellent!). If you like shopping, you can visit the nearby shopping centre (450 m) with a good mix of clothing retailers as well as a large supermarket. Walks and cycle paths begin right on the doorstep of the house and will take you into the unspoilt nature of Lake Zell.
Zell am See is a paradise for holidaymakers from all over the world and every season offers countless leisure activities. Three lidos (Lake Zell has a water temperature of up to 23 °C in summer), one glacier snow guarantee, 1,387 kilometres of pistes, countless hiking trails, the most stunning views of the alpine mountains, 90 restaurants and is in the immediate vicinity of Kaprun.
Miscellaneous:
The house is located directly in the residential area. Therefore, please be sure to observe the mandatory night-time quiet hours (22:00 to 06:00). Parties are not permitted.

Wir haben uns zu 8 sehr wohl gefühlt in dem geräumigen Haus. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr groß, Platz genau also auch für viel Gepäck und Sportklamotten. Der Kontakt mit Steinbock Lodges war von Anfang an sehr herzlich und schnell. Bei Fragen wusee more
Wir haben uns zu 8 sehr wohl gefühlt in dem geräumigen Haus. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr groß, Platz genau also auch für viel Gepäck und Sportklamotten. Der Kontakt mit Steinbock Lodges war von Anfang an sehr herzlich und schnell. Bei Fragen wurde uns wirklich sehr schnell geholfen und als wir ein Problem mit der Spülmaschine hatten war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort und hat das Problem behoben.
Wir können die Steinbock Lodge also wärmstens weiterempfehlen. |
