This modern holiday home from home is located in Niedernsill, only 15 minutes from Zell am See. The amazingly equipped holiday apartment boasts 120 m² of space for six people with three bedrooms. In winter, several skiing areas of the Salzburger Land are in the immediate vicinity, in summer you can start mountain biking or hiking directly right in front of the chalet. The neighbouring apartment which can accommodate eight people can be booked if required as long it is available. The whole building can then accommodate 14 people via the connecting doors!

This beautiful holiday home can be reached via a mountain road, for which suitable winter tyres and snow chains are required in winter – these are mandatory. Many hiking and cycling trails of all levels of difficulty are right next to the building.
Leisure activities:
A visit to Lake Zell with its impressive mountain backdrop and the charming old town of Zell am See is also recommended. In winter, the region boasts many small and large ski areas such as Weissee Glacier World, Kitzsteinhorn, Kaprun and Schmittenhöhe, all of which are connected to the very famous Saalbach Hinterglemm. This generously designed 120 m² holiday home offers space for up to 8 people and impresses with its tasteful furnishings and dreamlike surroundings.
The chalet (house half) has four cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed, perfect for restful nights after exciting days in nature. Three modern bathrooms - including two with a shower, one with a bathtub and shower - ensure maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.
The fully equipped American kitchen invites you to cook together. With appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a variety of kitchen utensils, culinary wishes know no bounds. Two televisions with German and English programmes as well as satellite TV provide entertainment.
The highlight of the chalet is the spacious 30 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the garden. An additional balcony extends the living area to the outdoors.
The situation is unique: Only 15 minutes from Lake Zell, surrounded by forests and the Hohe Tauern National Park. Ski areas such as Kaprun and Zell am See are a short distance away, as is the Niedernsill bathing lake in summer (included in the price). Supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops can be reached within a few minutes' drive.
We have space for a total of 4 cars. You park one behind the other and therefore need to coordinate with the guests on the A side. The holiday home has WiFi, a heat pump for heating, and is equipped with an iron. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
