The chalet spans 120 square metres and impresses with its tasteful furnishings. You will be delighted by the beautiful surroundings – surrounded by forest and with magnificent views of the mountains and your own garden. The location is simply idyllic and invites you to spend relaxing days.
The property features 3 comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with high-quality double beds. This ensures that all guests have a cosy place to rest. The 3 bathrooms – one with a shower, one with a bathtub and one with a toilet – provide ample space and comfort for the whole group.
The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: hob with ceramic glass cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and complete kitchenware. Here you can prepare delicious meals together.
The outdoor areas are particularly attractive: the 30 square metre terrace with garden furniture is the ideal place to relax and enjoy. The lovely garden with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. The balcony offers additional opportunities to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

This generously designed 120 m² holiday home is a semi-detached house, accommodates up to 8 people and impresses with its tasteful furnishings and idyllic surroundings.
The chalet (house half) features four cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed, perfect for restful nights after exciting days in nature. Three modern bathrooms - including two with showers, one with bath and shower - ensure maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.
The fully equipped American-style kitchen invites you to cook together. With appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a variety of kitchen utensils, there are no limits to culinary wishes. Two televisions with German and English programmes as well as satellite TV provide entertainment.
The highlight of the chalet is the spacious 30 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and garden. An additional balcony extends the living area outdoors.
The location is unique: only 15 minutes from Zeller See, surrounded by forests and Hohe Tauern National Park. Ski areas such as Kaprun and Zell am See are within short distance, as is the Niedernsill bathing lake in summer (included in the price). Supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops are just a few minutes' drive away.
We have space for a total of 4 cars. Parking is in tandem, so you will need to coordinate with the guests on the A side. The holiday home has WiFi, a heat pump for heating and is equipped with an iron. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
