Gartner’s holiday home offers plenty of space for a group vacation of skiers, bikers, hikers or people seeking for nature and peace within the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern.
When you enter the house, you will have a fully fitted kitchen (cooker, hob, wood burner, dish washer, fridge and pantry room) with a dining table for 6 persons and a tv. Then there is a breakfast / sitting room available with space for up to 20 persons enjoying a home cooked breakfast or dinner all together, also with tv. Further to the back we have made up a ski / sports room to store your equipment and a toilet.
When walking up the little steep stairs to the first floor you will find 5 double rooms in total. 2 double rooms come with a sink and access to balcony. 2 double rooms have en suite shower, sink and toilet. The 5th bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 and a sofa bed for 1 person.
The top floor offers a small kitchen, living / games room with tv, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 2 separate toilets and 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite shower and access to the balcony.
We have enough parking for 4 – 5 cars and free WIFI throughout the whole house. The hugh garden is a big children’s playground and sun bathing area and we also have a bricked grill.

You should definitely not miss out on our mouth-watering Pinzgau specialties during your all year round holiday, which you can enjoy both at our restaurants in idyllically situated Neukirchen as well as in numerous traditional huts up in the mountains.
You have access to the ground floor, first floor and top floor. The basement is the only part which is locked up. We are managing the house on behalf of the owner Susanne. She has her own separate small apartment at the basement with separate entrance and will occasionally stay there. Howevery your privacy is ensured all times.
The cat “Luigi” lived in this home for several years and was now moved to the neighbour. However, Luigi might still pop around and say hello! He is always looking to make new friends that caress him 😊
The ski bus stops at the guesthouse Siggen which is only 500m away. Within a 15 mins walk you can reach the train station of the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn which brings you up and down the valley very frequently. Once a week the steam train stops at the train station.
